My name is Lena Koebel, I’m the librarian and Junior High Volleyball Coach at St Pats. My Husband and I live in the country, north of Culbertson with our three girls. Vivie (6th), Celia (4th) and Kenlyn (4th), they all attend St Patrick’s school. We have three dogs, four outdoor farm cats and chickens. I love my flowers and enjoy having coffee on the front porch. We stay busy with their activities, we both play league sports at the Y and spend lots of time in the outdoors. 

This is my third year employed at St Pats. I also serve on the Community Hospital Board and McCook Community College Boosters Board. I joined a small project last summer co-hosting a local podcast ‘Coaching, Caffeine and Comedy’. We interview athletes, coaches and activity members of Southwest Nebraska. I love being involved in our community and I’m excited to see the students return. Blessing for our upcoming school year!!! GO KNIGHTS!!!!!
