Joy! Joy! Joy! That is the 4th-grade classroom theme for the year. We will find joy in learning and loving! That does not mean learning and getting along will be easy at all times, but we will have fun, and grow academically, spiritually, and socially. A genuine bond between people depends on giving of oneself, so we will learn to think less of our wants and more of others’ needs, which in turn will bring true joy!

For those of you who don’t know me, I live southwest of town along the Republican River with my husband, Fritz. We have eight children, far and near. I’m excited to be back to school to start a fresh new school year and am looking forward to smiles and laughter in the classroom.
